Tasting Notes

Aromas of cassis and ripe plum are layered with subtle leather and warm spice. The palate is plush yet structured, revealing dark berry fruit and gentle vanilla nuances, supported by fine tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and savoury, tapering to a soft spice note.

Pairings

Pairs beautifully with slow-roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, or a mushroom and beef stew.
